The recovery phrase is created on-device. We do not store it and cannot reset it.

Purchased bitcoin is sent on-chain to your wallet. After that, neither the partner nor we can move it.
Bitcoin & Satoshi is not a payment institution, bank, or crypto exchange. We do not sell bitcoin. We provide software for managing your own keys.
Do not pay a partner unless you can afford to lose all of that money. Bitcoin can fall to zero. This website does not advise you to buy, and it is not a UK financial promotion by us. Any purchase is a contract with the partner, under the partner’s own risk warning.
